Who we are

Call of Poly is a free-to-play online battle royale game, available at https://callofpoly.com and as an Android app. Contact: contact@callofpoly.com.

Data we collect

• Game account: player name, progress (level, XP, statistics, items, Gems, season rank), soldier appearance, friends list, chosen language, account creation date and last connection date.
• Google Sign-In (optional): your Google account ID and e-mail address, so you can find your account on another device. We never receive your password.
• Purchases: payment reference (Stripe on the website, Google Play in the Android app), amount, number of Gems and date. Card details are handled only by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy) or Google (policies.google.com/privacy); we never receive them.
• Technical data: IP address in server logs, kept for at most 30 days for security. A sign-in token and your settings (sound, language, graphics) are stored on your device, in the browser or the app.

We do not show ads, we use no advertising trackers or advertising ID, and we never sell or share your data with advertisers. The app does not access your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.

How we use it

To run the game (matches, rankings, friends), save your progress, deliver your purchases, and prevent cheating and fraud. Legal basis: performance of the service you use and, for security, our legitimate interest.

Sharing

Your player name, rank and statistics are visible to other players (in matches, on leaderboards and in friends lists). Data is otherwise shared only with the providers needed to run the service: our host (OVH, France), Google (sign-in and Google Play payments) and Stripe (website payments).

Storage and retention

Data is hosted in France (OVH) and sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). An account is kept as long as it is used; an account inactive for 3 years may be deleted. Purchase records are kept for 10 years to meet accounting obligations.

Your rights and deleting your account

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account, by writing to contact@callofpoly.com with your player name (and the Google e-mail you sign in with, if any). We delete the account and its game data within 30 days; only purchase records required by law are kept. If you are in the EU, you can also contact your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).

Children

The game does not ask for age and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 beyond what the game needs to work. A parent can ask for an account to be deleted at the address above.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the game.
